Basic Live Streaming, $900
This is the basic package of services included in a live stream. For any custom arrangements, just reach out.
Up to 90-minute event
1 producer
2 cameras
1 external input (slideshow, etc. supplied by client)
2 microphones (generally speakers and/or audience, lav, handheld, zoom)
Advance back end setup and streaming to client channels of choice (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
A run-of-show plan for all participants
A half-hour advance rehearsal/tech-check meeting
A followup report on event traffic
A recording of the event

Additional time - $100/hour (1 hour minimum)
Camera - $200 per (additional operator required, up to four total)*
Microphone - $100 per
RTMP streaming other channels (Twitter, Twitch, Vimeo, Wix, etc.) - $100 per
Title card announcing the show - $100
Peculiar Galaxies will work with you in advance to line up the live stream. Organizing and confirming guests, invitations, event details, etc. are the responsibility of the client. Peculiar Galaxies’ responsibilities extend only to planning and delivering the live stream.
The client must supply a solid internet connection with upload capacity of at least 5Mbps, either ethernet or wireless (consider audience use of the network), and electric power.
If a client does not have existing channels, we can stream on our own channels and will supply a link to be shared with your audience. Peculiar Galaxies can create social media channels for an additional fee. Some channels have specific requirements that must be met before live streaming is allowed.
