Sweet potatoes

I acquired a Japanese sweet potato from a lady in my Facebook gardening group. Thanks to Ron Finley‘s masterclass I know they’re super healthy and easy to grow.

Two slips are in the shot glass. They should sprout roots shortly and then will go in the ground. The big potato will continue to sprout slips.

Look how much water it’s absorbed since I picked it up yesterday.
